This is my sincere advice to all fellow online shoppers do not buy anything from India Plaza.in. I have been cheated twice by this website and there so called customer department sucks.. for every time I make a complaint they have one simple answer that we will get back to you in two days and no call or mail after that. I subscribed one magazine with which I was suppose to get a free gift, it’s been two months and I am still waiting for it.
My second instance they were selling promoting some so called contest organized by CHILD magazine and we were to pay participation fees to Indiaplaza.in with which we were promised participation certificates and few goodies. We are still waiting for any of these things to arrive, when contacted their customer service they always a new date which 3-4 months from the date of writing as they new date for declaring results of the contest.
