My order id is I01121300001. The product is a set of Chetan Bhagat books. I made the payment through credit card on 1 Dec 2013.
The site mentioned the status as "Ready to Ship" but despite more than a week passing by, the status didn’t change. I tried calling the customer care multiple times but the number doesn’t work.
I also logged a complaint on their site but there was no response.
