I placed an order for a book in November and it was a prepaid order. I never got the book from them even after sending messages repeatedly. There is no customer support and nobody picks up the phone. They don’t even respond to any queries.
I neither got my book nor refund. It was quite an expensive book. I lost my money. There is no way to recover that money I think. They are total fraud company. I think they have already closed down.
