Hello friends I will share my experience with india Post one of the oldest department of india but I found its service very poor.my experience is here.
First of all it’s service about letters is very delayed.sometimes it delivers the letters very late.thus who wants to pickup their letters very early it doesn’t provide them.sometimes like admit card and some Court’s notice also delivers very late.
Online tracking is not very reliable.sometimes the officers didn’t online data and we don’t have information about our letter.speed Post and registered letter also delivers very late.charges of speed post as well as registered letter is quite high as compared to others courier company.
INDIA Post also offers it’s services in field of policy, FD, RD and other beneficiary scheme for the people but it’s premium rate is very high and maturity time is also very long.so their scheme is also not beneficiary.
India post official behavior is also very rude and not supportive.they don’t give any beneficiary information whenever they are asked.it also offers its toll free helpline number but it’s never reachable.so customer care support is negligible.
Hence after the highlighting the above points I didn’t find it so beneficiary for the people. I never recommend it.
