Bluedart Courier is the worst service . Please use India post service
I a seller name iLYK and I have associated with the amazon for past six month and considerED that amazon is the best marketplace but from april 2015 onwards after you tie up with The external third party shipping service the shipping service has become worse . I have so many complaints from the customer like that they haven’t received the product on time, No call prior the delivery, false update in the tracking system .
From the seller point of view{Inappropriate language| Information removed} I’m loosing money from my pocket for the courier every time I get a return on daily basis . If this continues then I will be paying more to the shipping service than I earn my profit . This has never happened when amazon them self were providing their service .
Blue dart is the worst courier service ever I have personally experienced them in the snapdeal . Snapdeal kicked them out because they use to give fake reports and so many return you cant even imagine .
So For God sake please cancel Bluedart contract and tie up with some other service like India post they will give you an extended hand for the undeliverable address/pin-code . Forward this issue to the highest authority possible and take some necessary action because you are "The amazon" and not snapdeal .
