Today I will share my personal opinion about india’s worst courier service that is India Post.
Apart from being an government courier service all its services is worst and unfaithfull.
I lost many things because of india post. Many times I used to send parcels to other states of india to my online customers and all the time it is unsuccessful to deliver the parcel due to one reason or another. I lost more than 4 important costly parcels because of this courier service and they didn’t even refund my parcel cost yet.
I lost many important orders from customers due this courier service. About 2 times I didn’t got my atm card when the bank officials send me the card to my address but the india post courier didn’t deliver in to my address and returned it.
I tried to contact the customer care but either the number is not valid or no one there to receive it. Then I decided to place a complaint at the india post office but I returned empty handed as they rufused to help with my isuues.
India Post is the most unfriendly and worst courier service in india and I will not recommend this service to anyone. This is my own worst experience with India Post Courier.
