India Unbound--A real Indian experience

To start with I have not read a full book till I reed this book.after this book I have finished some nine books in two months. In such a way it has kindiled my reading habit.first of all if u read this book you will know about and understand India, Business, Politicians, Congress party , stars of indian business like Birlas, Tata and ambani and lot of other useful things.

The authors narrative style is excellent, there is a perfect blend between the facts and his own views on them.as the author is an economist his point of views are mostly related in business point of views and how india failed after independence because of the socio-democratic view of nehru which made indian administrators to fail miserably because of their lacking in managerial abilities.

After a long narration abt failure of indian government before 1990, suddenly the narration takes pace when narashimha rao, manmohan singh and chidhamabaram comes in to the play.he explaines how indian economy growed at a tremendous pace after they opened up free trade with foriegn countries.at some point s of the book, the author may look pessimistic as he always complains about nehru and his governence but all comes good at the end.

I looked in to a similar book from shashi tharoor, "India: from midnight to the millenium" was a different book in narrative style and also in ideas. We can also ask the author to continue his writings on India.....if he writes before something happens, there will scope for india to improve.

India Unbound---A Must Read.
