Indiabulls is a fraud NBFC which can go to any extent to earn a quick buck. they ll process your loan within 1 day if needed. they have a scam going on with many real estate firms...especially the lesser known ones. they wont even verify if the land is genuine. once the loan is processed, you start paying EMI. one fine day builder will tell he cant sell the land due to some legal reason. The money (processing fees and EMI ) that you paid to indiabulls is gone ...shared between builder and indiabulls.
Beware of such cheats...frauds..they even edit mails change "non refundable" to "refundable" to coax u to avail the loan
