I have a home loan balance of around Rs. 68 lakhs from Axis bank, which I wanted to transfer. I contacted Indiabulls through their website & soon I got a call from a female sales representative(Ms. Swati Yadav). She told me that Indiabulls will offer a rate of 10.50% for a loan amount of 68 lakhs(as it is in the bracket of 25 lakhs to 75 lakhs)!
I promptly provided all the documents to her last week(File No.278805) . After multiple round of followups, I was finally told that my loan has been approved for Rs. 68.10 lakhs at an interest rate of
10.75% - which was a shock to me! I was told that Indiabulls does not offer home loan at 10.50% and it was a "miscommunication" so far & that if I want loan - that’s the best interest rate which can be offered to me!
I spoke to their AVP - Mr. Peeyush Jindal also, who told me that inspite of wrong commitment from your side - the interest rate offered will stay at 10.75% and he also refused to provide email id of any
senior of indiabulls(fearing that I will be escalating the issue)
If this is the level of service of this company, am afraid that the market perception about indiabulls is totally correct and I was a fool to not pay heed to the advice received and waste my time with Indiabulls!
