I happen to transfer my existing loan to Indiabulls Housing Finance few months back and had a horrible time with them starting from application phase to ECS.
They looked like the most unprofessional people you can ever meet. Their executives were confused as to where to get customer signature for application forms.
They made me to visit their offices so many time and made me wait giving reasons such as server down, printer not working etc.
They would call me after sometime saying sorry, we missed to take a signature in one of the forms. They also can cheat in so many ways. One of them is to silently increase the tenure or never ever highlight that to you. My initial payment is 13% principal and 87% to interest.I lost my peace of mind after I shifted to India Bulls Housing Finance Ltd.
