I am seaching a flat in Gurgaon then my friend told me about Indiabulls Real Estate Flats in Gurgaon are under Constructionguru30 which is know as Centrum Park and Enigma. I am looking for 2 BHK. Once I called to Indiabulls Shruthisharma team for the same, they arranged a site visit for me on Sunday. While I visited Centrum Park it’s rate is high and it is located 7 km far from Rajiv Choak another site I visited Enigma it’s price is too high and these flats are builded for Luxury and it’s price remain high for location as well quality. I think this is costly if I compare to other builder. Still I am seaching a good flat @ normal price and location of that flat should near to National Highway for easy transportation services. I think Indiabulls has to down their flats rate so that a normal earning person can afford to buy it. Brand name is already big.
