It’s website has very bad user experience. Photos provided on website not at all resemble with real product. They cheat with customers.
I ordered "Chocolate Truffle Cake Half Kg" for my friend’s birthday day to surprise him. I paid total of 750 rupees. In photo provided on website, it was looking very tasty and beautiful.
I got a call from my friends between 11:50 and 00:00 that he received my cake. I was so happy about the punctuality of india cakes website. They did deliver when they said they will deliver.
Now it was the time to see, how cake was looking. I asked my friend to send the cake’s photos. It made me very sad after looking at photos of so called Chocolate Truffle Cake.
It was looking like cow’s potty. I was so unhappy after he sent me the photos of received cake! Sad, that product quality sucks. I felt very bad. I will not recommend indiacakes website to anyone.
