I am in Delhi and a friend of my from Chennai had a birthday. I placed an order of a cake here just a day before the date. They took my order and payment was done. But the cake never got delivered.
I waited for the day to over and I called their customer care service number given on their website. I got the automated machine and as I had a complaint about my order, I pressed complaint button. They put me on hold for more than 5 mins and then the call got disconnected for more than couple of times.
So I called again and went into new order section. Here they received a call within a second. I tried to explain my situation. But after hearing that I am an unsatisfied customer, they disconnected the call.
I am trying to call them every since. But the line busy all the time now. I have lost my money and I dont have single word from them.
This is the reason, Indians do not believe in online shopping. These kinds of websites should be shut down immediately.
