I ordered 1 Kg cake from indiacakes.com for my brother on his B’Day (Order Number: IND#71091), But he received smaller cake.
On the Bill which he received with cake it was mentioned 2 Pound cake (900 Grams) but when he checked the weight of that cake with all box packing (Same condition in which I received) it was total 750 grams (0.75 kg) only. In reality it was 1 pound cake. When I called customer care, they asked me to send email for complaint. When I send email, to them, they told me.
"We are online vendors and do not manufacturer cakes ourselves, Cakes are delivered by local cake shops" They are not ready to take the responsibility, but ready to take money.
Cake was not worth of Rs200, for which I paid Rs 1050. Do not but anything from them. I wish I would have read online review before ordering from them.
