I have applied for trademark through them and they did not check properly if the similar name is available or not and applied and I paid 6000 for the same. Later it got objected and they asked me to pay more 3000 for appeal and then 8000 for court hearing.
Also they did not tell me the application number for 6 months and everytime I called them for a status they said they will call me but never did.
When I check through local advocate, he said that they did not check it properly, ideally they should not apply in this name as the rejection was decided. They just want money and nothing. Not at all responsible professionals. One can have more knowledge from google than them.
