I was been promised by by their Chat Agent that they will be contacting recipient today and get it delivered today.
At 7 PM I got a call from recipient stating she’s has not even contacted by anyone. I spoke to someone on 9810990471 but he was very rude like if recipient isn’t there what can we do and disconnected the call and didn’t receive it again.
Then I had a chat with Nandan he said it is due to be delivered on 10th which surprised me as I had discussed this with SAM. When I called your number I spoke to someone who claimed to be the TL and started some idiotic stuff covering your Agent.
TL was a typical as*hole useless no idea who gave him a job in service industry. When I asked to escalate it as I understood this guy wont be able to fix it as he was being so unprofessional, He asked me to send an email and he will forward it to management.
I doubt he will send it to management because he wasn’t willing to help out instead trying to convince me with some nonsense stuff.
I have no issue’s with Sam because he is the only one who have some sense from the people I spoke to. Also one regret I have is that I didn’t check the complaints regarding your organisation. Also one final request Please get it delivered on Tuesday at least anyways you have screwed the plan. I will make sure I and none of my friends use this website in future.Sam Thanks for all your support and efforts.
