These people are total cheats. I had ordered Rakhis and Sweets to be delivered to my family near Delhi. The order was booked on 25th.
August after checking with their call center Team. They assured that the items will be delivered by 27th. august and today is 31st. August.
There is nobody responding to the calls and just now received a message saying that WE HAVE SHIPPED YOUR ORDER.
PLEASE CHECK WITH COURIER Team. Did I pay courier guys for delivery? Is it my responsibility to check it? Who is going to pay for the rotten sweets which they SHIPPED on 26th. but still not delivered. FRAUD PEOPLE.
