We ordered sweets and cake from indiaflowergiftshop.com well in-advance. Called+91 9836364260/ 9163271628 to confirm about the order and tell them about day that it need to be delivered. This call connects in Kolkata. They checked that payment has been received and affirmed that order will reach as expected. With the tone of conversation they didn’t come across professionals but I gave them benefit of doubt due to their bad communication skills.
On the day of occasion, I had my guests arriving but there was no sign of my order. This whole company is fraud and incompetent. Item came when guest went home. Items were in damaged conditions and very BAD quality products. I was happy that items didn’t come in-front of guests; if it would then it would have been our insult. I was sad because I paid them bomb and didn’t get service.
While we were waiting for the items, we called the above mentioned numbers.
1.They don’t pick.
2.If they pick then you would get to know that you are talking to unprofessional with bad communication and no control on their tongue. I got an honor to speak to Subroto (who didn’t do anything and later I was been told that he is a PA), Amol and one lady who didn’t disclose her name.
3.When you call and ask for person that picked up your earlier call to avoid confusion, you will get a reply that he is not the right person/he is gone for the tea down.
4.It is next to impossible to understand them if you don’t know Bengali.
5.Calling those numbers can be picked by anyone sitting there. It could be a tea maker, sweeper, PA and any other unprofessional person.
6.They will speak to you as if you are been paid to talk to them and not the other way round.
When you e-mail them (ifgscustomercare@gmail.com) then they won’t respond to you either.
So, baschandru021y your money is gone and you can waste your time and energy on these non-professional people to get more frustration.
