IndiaHomes is a BIG CHEAT company. They had committed a pass back of INR 40000 at the time of final negotiations for a property booking. The commitment was made in a mail. I was later shocked to know that they would not be passing back this amount despite earlier commitment.
An ethical company would never ever do such thing. They are BIG CHEATS. Please do not book through them. I am raising this red flag for prospective customers.
