As per the terms and condition agreed, my payment for brokerage is due on 30th August 2014,
Pls suggest me when can I come and collect the payment. 90 days will be completed on 30th August 2014 and moreover Indiahomes have already got their brokerage from MAPSKO.
I have made more than 50 percent payment to MAPSKO for the project and still I am waiting for the Brokerage discount money which was committed close to 2 years back.As per agreed norms and condition of the credit note I am eligible for the complete payment from Indiahomes on 30th August 2014.
Your representatives are not responding to my mails and avoiding my calls because I am asking the status of my money.As per last mail from indiahomes on 30th May I was to get the money within 90.days of credit note redemption request.
Pls don’t test my patience anymore and reply with the concrete answer as when to collect my payment of Rs 3.71 lacs approxIf no revert is received from indiahomes on this mail it will be deemed indiahomes don’t have intentions to pay the money.
Next step from my side will create bad taste for all of us so better please don’t push me towards the wall to take such step.Waiting for a concrete date as when can I collect the cheque.
