IndiaMart.com is one of the sites where people can gi and buy products at a very cheaper rate but the problem with the website is their return policy and also the products too.
They not only don’t have the full product information but also the products quality is also not great. Some of the disappointments are that they do not deliver the product on time and when they do you might be disappointed but also you cannot return or replace it because they don’t have the policy of refund or return.
I bought the pair of Puna shoes from their websites at a very low price and I was expecting a very good products as puma is a big brand and a name is the market. But the product I reviewed was nowhere near quality.
It felt like it was taken from the old storage and it was very dusty and very bad in condition and the sole felt a little lose as if it would break any moment after wearing it.
I called them so they told me they don’t do replacement or any kind of refund and I felt really bad about wasting my money. Useless website not recommended.
