I have started the business with Indiamart in 2016 but I am not satisfied with the buy lead and their customer service, When I have started the business with him at that time they tell me that one executive appointed to you to resolve all matter like upload product photo, as well as weekly call you regarding help. but after start ECS 2500 per month, their executive calls me for upgraded the trust seal and do the higher payment, and every month he calls me for an increased subscription from 2500 to a higher level but he never ask for upload product photos or how they will help me for better business. I have to pay around Rs. 100000/- till date via ECS but I am not satisfied with the service and commitment.
They told me when I have started Indiamart service, all buy lead I can purchase or use 7 buy lead weekly, like abroad, export buy lead domestic buy lead, etc. and I have used it till 01/11/2020 suddenly they are change company policy and discontinue the export lead in my subscription, so it is clearly indicate that Indiamart is not full fill their Commitment as well as not trusted company.
I have withdrawal my subscription from Indiamart on 29/11/2020 by email. due not fulfill the commitment.
90% buy lead it provides is retails and among them, 50% buy lead are the supplier not buyer, so Buy lead is not verified and I have written after taking experience since last 4 years and after my experience, I have discontinued the service.
So I have recommended to do not go with Indiamarts.
