Sometime in 2015 I had some requirement of LED bulb for Business purpose, so I contacted IndiaMart’s website.
Filled my requirement on their website and after that I received call from their official representative.
I again repeated my requirement.
After one day I got tons of SMS and Mails offering for my requirement. I selected one of the company called TECHSTRONG ELECTRONICS from NOIDA, Delhi.
So, I told him to give quotation and this selected few product as sample. They asked me to pay in advance, as the money was not that huge, so I paid them.
After a week I received my product sample and no product was as according to the mentioned quality in their quotation.
Finally, I reported then but got no response, and my money and time both went to waste.
I also contacted INDIAMART but got no support.
From that day I hate their service and support.
