My worst exprience with indiamart with their lead package.
I enrolled myself 2 years ago with indiamart to get the LED business from them. I paid INR 10000 for their lead package.
I got a lot of fake enquires stating that either customer is a supplier himself or not looking for the same product in which I deal. I have complaint a lot of time regarding the same but they denied refund every single time stating that their leads are verified.
Even there marketijg calls for upgradetion of package were regular and they only cared about their money does not metter if IM provides the business to there retailer or not.
One of my friend got cheated by an IM customer as he ordered for the product after finalizing the same but did not collect the order after the product was manufactured and thus the stock of Lakhs was wasted. IM denied taking the resposibility of the same and said that it is upto the manufacturer to negotiate with the customer.
Never take the services of IM. They only are looking to get into your pocket.
