Hello friends now I want to share my experience on indiamart.com from some days.
Customer service of IndiaMART.com
I bought a pendrive from it. It was not working totally fake after I called customer care but they did not respond me the customer care is fully bad our purchasing they doesn't focus on old customers.
Power quality
I was cheated with product which is bot with I am not satisfied with the product and some some products are expired.
Delivery timeliness
I want my delivery after 11 days, it was too late from delivery date given delivery time is late from Fixed time and I am expected.
App and website
Web series title much good but apps is totally waste of time the product shown in apps are not same in real the price of much higher than that are shown on website so please don't buy from it.
Reliability
The products are failed in IIT is expired and damage so I don't believe in this.
