My father has an account in indian bank for about 10years. But we are not very pleased with the bank as they do not respond to account holders if we ask them for a query. They do not give importance to customer problems. There is always a very long queue which will be standing for both ATM and bank. The only good thing about this bank is their opening account balance is only 500 rupees which is very less compared to other banks. They must become more digitalised. As there are many users for indian bank the website goes down often during payment time in net banking.
