I have a account in chetpet branch.that branch is absolutely crap.they gave me wrong ph number in pass book.and it’s out of service.and I tried other other number .it’s ringing but they are picking the call for whole day.i don’t know what the staff inside are doing there.i applied for an ATM card and have to beg them to get the card. treating the people like a dog. better close that branch plz.for urgency also I’m not able to withdraw any money
