Worst and unprofessional bank

Hello friends,

I am sharing my experience with Indian bank with which unfortunately I have an account.Although I have face many problems with the bank but recent issues have really made the things worse.

Recently I used my indian vank debit card for paytm transaction. To my surprise the card got blocked inspite of adding correct details.

For which I went to the branch, and for no surprise no one knew how to sort out the issue even while the card was blocked by bank and there wasnt any issue from.paytm side.

There only solution was that I need to write an.applicationto the branch manager, and how this will sort the issue nobody knew.

Finally the issue was solved by customer care. They unblocked the card. Again after few days my card was blocked and again I rushed to bank for which they told me that I should wsit for 24 hours it will be unblocked automatically.But they gave another shock in evening I got a message that new card has been issued, for which I never gave any application and the validity of my present card was till 2023.

So this is the bank with no professional management and with I think no proper chain of communication. And moreover they have very few ATM machines so most of the time you have to withdraw using some othet bsnk atm machines. I know only 1 in around 2 saqure km area.

I would say please do not open account with the bank.
