I joined India Today Book Club(ITBC) to buy good books at a discounted price via internet.
I ordered for 4000 worth books in November 2007. The payment was made by credit card.
I received only one book worth 1000.
I send them mails every 15 days once but they said that books are out of stock.
Will any book or article in the world take more than 6 months to deliver and they still need time to give
delivery.
I requested for refund of the money and they want 45 days to process it . I do not know when they will
give the refund.
Playing with customers seems to be their hobby.
Be careful before joining the club and they lure you for membership with gifts and take time in years to
deliver the books.
According to me its better to buy books through other website rather than buying from the India
Today Book club.
Be careful member and take care of your money.
