They give the cheapest ticket as long as you do not change the dates. If you try to change the schedule or cancel the ticket, you will not get any value back. You can book new tickets cheaper than changing existing ticket for same schedule( due to restricted fares). Also, you have to deal only with them and cannot talk with airlines. Understand this before booking. Looks like their only source of revenue is from people who change their travel plans.
