I’m writing this for the trip which was canceled due to COVID19. My flight got cancelled a week before the travel date. I called IndianEagle and they said they do not have any information on refund. Few days later I got an email saying that my airlines is allowing full refunds on cancelled flights so I called IndianEagle and they have asked me to pay a $75 service fee for cancelling a ticket. I don’t understand why would I really need to pay service fee to get the refund? Airlines itself is not charging anything for cancellation But seems like IndianEagle does and they want to collect service fee without providing right service . I have booked my flights before using IndianEagle But will not do it again in future. There are other third party websites which are more loyal to the customers. I will not recommend IndianEagle for anyone. The one star is just to their email system.
