Requested for a refund for a cancellation(which was totally unplanned) and I actually had plans to buy new tickets from them, if my plan was executed. But these guys will charge you for the cancellation first and after that "hopefully" you are supposed to be getting back your money.
So you pay for the ticket, you pay for the cancellation and still you dont get your money back. Called several times no one picks up the phone. Then they call you for "credit card declined on a debit account" issue at any hour they want. No respect for customer or service. Handle by bunch of amateurs who can barely speak proper English.
