I had very very pathetic and quite bad experiance with indian oil .I used to fill my activa’s tank once every couple of week. I usually top up the tank which costs around I think 310 ₹ not exact approximate value.
But, one day I was going to my friends’s place for his birthday party im already late for it but my activa’s fuel was hitting that red pointer so to remain at safer side I decided to fill the tank I think it was around 7pm.
So in order to fill the tank I reched at nearby petrol pump which was of indian oil I entered that petrol pump and reached to that fuel filling guy I asked him to top up the tank he repplied ok sir , he started filling the fuel after few seconds I was really shocked that machine stoped at 75 ₹ I said what happened? Since I said him to topup the tank that guy said sorry and then he again made an entry of some unknown ruppes.
I asked him what happened ? Why he is filling such like 2 times? He refused to give answer. I said okk and my tank got filled up and that guy made an estimate of 351₹ with no perfect reason.
After that when I asked for bill he said paper roll which is required to print that bill is not avaliable so he cant give bill
So according to my best knowledge indian oil has cheated me I have tweeted them also but they havent replied me yet.
it was my one of the most worse experiance ever. Even I got very late to reach at my friends place.
Yhh indian oil is spoiling its name and reputation due to these people.
