Hii guys as in the case of indian overseas bank. On my point of view it is the worst bank. Because it does Not support the phone banking facility very well, Most of the time the connectivity get lost and our transaction got faliure same case is occured in internet banking. Some times we lost our money due to this connectivity issue. Then for that loss we have to claim a complain then they will take too much time to resolve our problem. Costumer service is not proper in this bank. The major issue about this bank is that the branch of this bank is not available in all cities. Its very difficult to find the bank in different city.
