I have been banking with bank since 13+ years, had some FD’s and use it for small monthly transactions. finally decided to part and got my FD moved to other bank after lot of pain, their net banking is buggy, slow and with very basic features made it literally useless, since I have other private bank accounts did not effected me much, the branch staff attitude in Bangalore branch is horrible, so never prefer to visit their branch unless for FD renewal now that’s gone, I am happy that got rid of one of my major pain points in banking. No wonder the bank is in loss and getting merged with other bank.
