I opened account with IOB they issued me a debit card for transaction onlyneither provide me check book nothing later on I applied for check book then they took 7 days to deliver to my address.
I tried to use net bankingband mobile banking all had very worse services ever face. Amount was debited while making paynent amount debited but marchent did not recived amount. Then lodge a complaint against transaction then refunded back my balance in 15 days due to careless staff.
Self ATM are very less but thanks to other banks ATM.
