IOB Customer service is very poor. when ever we try to call him, I get response like(this nomber is temporarily out of service some time get reply wrong no.) and when ever we connect with him they not reply like helper. They speak with sleepi voice.
When ever we not got OTP on the time of transaction the given contact no. not connect with customer care and get network response " this no. does not exist" or "please dial correct no. bla bla.
