Hello everyone I have recently visited new delhi railway station to board a train and as always it seems like indian railways authority is least bothered about their image to all people who travels by their trains.
The railway tracks looks like they are not cleaned from several years.the food sellers are selling the old food made 2-3 days ago and nobody is checking them.
the electicity boxes for trains electricity are not closed as they are opened and mostly don’t have closing handles . The staff also works if they wish too as they don’t have any big superior to order them .
The seats on the platform are soo dirty that noone will wish to sit on it. Even the train from inside is not good. as the seats are sooo discomfortable and I was travelling in first AC but then also the AC was not working properly . The toilets of platform as well as train are so unhygenic and can cause many problems.cleaners of IRCTC are not doing their duty on time . only some of the big trains like shatabdi and garib rath have little cleaning in their toilets .
it is being complained to IRCTC by every traveller but there is no action on it at all . Even after the swach bharat abhyan the condition is more worst on the indian railway platforms.
The infrasturcture facility is not there is at all like IRCTC doesn’t know what infrastructure .
through this platform I want to convey every indian traveller to avoid travelling through railways as they can suffer problems.
