Indian Vegetarian Food what I can say is not good for once health. In India vegetarian food is prepared with lots of Spices /Oil and Masala which I think is not good for health .
Let say if anyone want to cook Green Leafy Vegetable they put lot of spices in those vegetable and put lot of oils to get some taste in that. In this way all the protein/vitamin/ fiber in that vegetable get vanished and you wont get the required amount of Vitamins which is actually good for your health.
My personal opinion on this is to cook those food without spices and oil . You can take have it raw or you can make a juice and have it which is very good for your health.
