I would like to share my all-time fav veg recipe - Mushroom Pepper fry. Love the spicy pepper taste. And mushrooms are simply my fav food. Moreover, its easy to cook, takes just around 15 - 30 minutes, so you are saving a lot of time as well.
Ingredients you need:
25 Mushrooms
2 Onions
1 strand curry leaves
6 Green chillies
1 capsicum
1/4 tea spn of ginger garlic paster
1/4 tea spn of mustard
2.5 table spn of pepper powder
1/4 tea spn of cumin powder
Salt
2 table spn of cooking oil
Chop the mushrooms, onions, capsicum and green chilies
Heat the oil in a pan, add sliced onions, keep them on fire till they get translucent, then add curry leaves.
Increase the fire and keep onions and curry leaves till they get completely dried out.
Add to the pan capsicum and green chilies. Keep for 3-5 minutes.
On another pan, add oil, cumin powder and sliced mushrooms. Cook till mushrooms are soft, add salt.
Add prepared before masala, mix mushrooms amd masala.
Serve hot.
