I am using this credit card from past 2 years and I must say it is a must credit card for heavy petrol users since it provides you with redemption value of 1point= 1 Rs. if you encash it at Indian Petrol Pump.
Also there is no surcharge for using it. You can almost one tank full for 4 months of fuel in ACTIVA which I use it for approx 10km/ day.
Customer Service of CITI Bank is great since they treat there customer very well. They have a very good staff to support their customers.
Rate is NIL if you use it for 30, 000 online shopping which generally happens in my case since I am avid online shopper.
