I think this is my third order at Indianroots.in. I had bought a few shirts so far. But I had been through bad experiences. Now, I would love to share a few of them with you. A few things which invaribly annoy me are:
The quality of the dresses was shabby and utterly different from the picture shown in the website.
COD wasn’t available. So I used to pay in the beginning itself. But the problem was that If I had got a bogus product, I used to call the customer care. Keeping in the mind that money has already been paid, they didn’t use to respond to calls and messages.
They used to take around three weeks to delivery the dresses I have purchased. If it was an urgent one, I used to cease myself from buying here.
Shipping charges were very high. It actually used to meet the original price after the shipping charges.
Most of PIN codes were not eligible. So I was incompetent to but the desired product.
So I don’t want to suggest this shopping website.
