I had ordered some products from yepme and it got dispatched from indiaontime courier, Which I would say the worst ever courier company seen so far. The product was suppose to be delivered 2 days back as per the track your order in their website. and when I tried to reach them on the given number in their website 4933 4933, the phone is engaged continuously for 4 hours, are they shitting me? How can they have the phone engaged Continuously without any break.
To my patience to check I gave ring for one hour non stop and to my shocking the phone didn’t ring at all.
And after 7 PM in the night there is no one to answer the phone call.
This is a shitfull courier, I don’t understand why big brands tie up with such cheap service providers to lose even their reputation. There should be an option to rate in negative for this Indiaontime Express Private Limited.
