I had submitted a request of dress material from Indiarush.com on 30th June’16 and same was not conveyed to me on their given time. After long line up and messages with dispatch organization and Indiarush became more acquainted with the item is lost in the middle of and later than item was redispatch to my address. I got my item following 15 days and what. the nature of material fabric was bad. Instantly following day I addressed client care to give back the item as I was not fulfilled on account of item quality. The individual instructed me to fill the arrival shape in their site and requested that keep the item prepared so the dispatch individual will come to get with no arrival cash arrangement, they do the credit to purchase some other item. I was alright and same was done promptly. Following 3 days of holding up I again reached Indiarush client watch over get and later became acquainted with their is no dispatch office for Mumbai district for pickup and was asked me to messenger the item without anyone else’s input to their given address. This was truly bothering. we purchase the item not for nothing, we pay for it and we get this poor administration. The item is still with me supposing who will again get into this issues and our cash is squandered. So individuals pls reconsider before submitting any request in Indiarush. This was truly bothering and painfull to get an item and in the event that you don’t care for it you yourself just need to messenger back the item.
