I have ordered product from India Rush, Order 100172128. I raised return and refund request after 2 days from the product delivery. but no response from their customer care service.
Repeated reminders sent. finally I told customer care that I am going to consumer court and will sue them. interestingly. These ppl responded saying they dont process any return after 15 days. what nonsense. where should I return. When there is no response from their team itself? funny they closed ticket by saying this.
Pathetic product quality and poor customer service.
PLEASE DON’t BUY ANY THING FROM INDIARUSH. They are cheater even they should not be allowed to use our country name . Worse ever service.
