I had purchased one suit from indiarush and it was not as per my requirements so I returned it and called @ customer care to elaborate them my problem statement about this suit.
Customer support provided me a solution that i’ll get my refund in my account on so on so date.
I had returned it on 18 Oct and this is Nov end.
Even after having lot of phone calls they have stopped attending my calls or I think they had blacklisted my no. from their list.
If I call they do not respond and pick my call, moreover I have sent number of mails to them but they send generic responses what they send to all customers.i am enclosing these communications.
