Every now and then I look out for great offers and value for money and the reason why I made a mistake of buying the products from this website and I really regretted my decision.
I bought a suit for my wife of 2500 rupees and then I was waiting for it to reach at my place and I was told delivery will take at least 7 days and I was really excited to get my wife’s product and surprise her . But 15 days went by nobody came and I was really disappointed and called them and the same thing that the product is on the way.
I waited patiently and finally when the product arrived I was really disappointed to see the condition of the package all torn lose. When I opened the package the saree was in really bad condition with a lots of dust in it as it was taken out if a old dusty cabin was really dull I ordered bright red and I received dull tarnish red.
Also on the sides it had a hole that was not acceptable at all so I called them to replace the product after having a fight at phone and numerous calls for 7 days they finally came and picked up the saree and refunded it. It was such a worse experience that I cannot explain.
Very bad website stay away.
