I bought leather jacket from ##*IndiasBigShop.com*## I have to gift it and I was going outstation on the day. I called them to deliver the product fast and they responded positively. Later on delivery day I was big hesitant to accept the product thinking whether its genuine leather or not. I have ordered the product by COD(Cash on delivery).
The courier boy was not ready to open me the product before I made payment as it was cash on delivery product. Which I later understood that all courier companies have same policy. I called IndiasBigShop and they asked the courier person to let me check the product and they were ready to get back the product and pay all courier charges. But still courier person denied stating there company policies. So IndiasBigShop assured me that I pay them, and if I will not like the product they will refund all my money including courier charges of COD.
Finally when I opened the product I was feeling really good as the quality of product was very good, and cost was much cheaper then the market buy rate. Also not to forget their prompt customer service it was excellent.
I will ask all my friends to buy from this site and advice them do not hesitate to call them if they stuck somewhere, as IndiasBigShop persons are very helpful.
