Have had several negative experiences with Indiatimes and would STRONGLY recommend to everybody NEVER to buy anything at shopping.indiatimes.com.
Complaints about defective products land in a black hole and I think the customer service dept is just a facade -there is nobody behind it.
I got overcharged on my card and am now working through my bank on reversing out the charges applied to my card.
Also, you can find absolutely nothing about status of orders that you have already placed, if you want to check what’s happening and why they haven’t reached you. Fabmart is miles ahead in quality, efficiency and customer service and any other parameters you may wish to compare on.
What would I like to do to Indiatimes.com? Remember the Coke ad where Aamir Khan asks the shopkeeper to count the fingers on his hand and warn him on overcharging? Would like to do the same if I could get my hands on anybody at Indiatimes.
