I ordered a book through Indiatimes.com.Order was placed on 14th Jan and product was “In-Stock” while order was accepted. “Order accepted -> Payment received -> in Progress -> To be Shipped” all steps happened within 1-2 days.
But afterwards I received the call that “this product is not available; please cancel your order”. I refused to cancel it because this product was ‘In-stock’ and order was accepted.Again and again customer care executive are keep calling me and asking to cancel this order.
Note: this product is ‘In-stock’ as of now.
I do not understand why they are not shipping but asking me to cancel this order.This kind of irresponsible and unprofessional behavior is showing that Indiatimes.com does not care of customer at all.
It seems that they are overburden due to competitive pressure from peer websites and goofing-up everything.
